A fence selection late on a Somerset evening, a little overgrown as walkers take a short cut along the foreshore. The sign is also pointing to one of a number of car parks for the WWT Steart Marshes,
These marker posts appear at very regular intervals along the coastal path,

An unknown three masted sailing ship lies at anchor in the Bristol Channel as the late afternoon sun adds colour to the foreshore, the small waves, and the distant coast of South Wales. The high tidal range of the channel can be clearly seen in the image.
Image taken from the England Coast Path at Blue Anchor Bay, Somerset.
UPDATE, this is the STS Lord Nelson, waiting for the tide and entry to Bristol where she will be layed up en.wikipedia.org/wiki/STS_Lord_Nelson
Please view large for detail,
For the Sight and Sound Group, walking is great exercise and this a coastal path so it's a walk of life,
