Setting up for a coverage testing run. The vehicle, via a pump-up mast transmits a signal on a fixed frequency. A railmotor with a corresponding receiver runs past recording the signal strength and quality. This information is used to confirm or otherwise the suitability of this site. This is at Portland NSW.
