I was seeking information related to growing macadamia trees. This is one funny and surprising search result. The photo is of mandarins, as is the text below the photo. Yates, www.yates.com.au , is a well known and respected horticulture and gardening supply business which has been around way longer than me. After making marmalade from most of our mandarin harvest my wife made a mandarin cheesecake topped with segments in jelly. Sorry, there are no photos of served pieces, it was eaten quickly :). September 2016.

Smell the marmalade my wife is cooking! It's cut up, sugar added at the whim of the cook (recipes are for the timid), brought to pressure and held for a few minutes them left to cook as it cools.
