I was seeking information related to growing macadamia trees. This is one funny and surprising search result. The photo is of mandarins, as is the text below the photo. Yates, www.yates.com.au , is a well known and respected horticulture and gardening supply business which has been around way longer than me. The pips of the mandarins are placed in a loose woven cloth and cooked with the fruit to assist the setting of the finished product. A cable tie is used to hold the pips in place.

Smell the marmalade my wife is cooking! It's cut up, sugar added at the whim of the cook (recipes are for the timid), brought to pressure and held for a few minutes them left to cook as it cools.
