After making marmalade from most of our mandarin harvest my wife made a mandarin cheesecake topped with segments in jelly. Sorry, there are no photos of served pieces, it was eaten quickly :). September 2016.

A birthday cake as an echidna for an offspring in the mid eighties. A chocolate butter cake with soft chocolate icing and chocolate sprinkles. The spines are chocolate coated liquorice (bullets), the eyes are pieces of pink musk stick, the legs are jelly beans and the snout is a confectionery banana. australianwildlife.com.au/echidnas
