This is the flipside of "triangularia." Triangles cut out of 7 Gypsies paper tape. These cards always look so much cooler after they get the big round red hand-cancellation stamp at the post office. Too bad I don't have a scan of that version... =shrug=

I would never have thought that Marsden Hartley would go with Gustav Klimt, but it just about does, doesn't it?

I got so carried away with drawing & carving a large block for this postcard, I almost forgot that Cara had specified "multiple repeats." So I printed it once in white, reversed the orientation, then again in red (w/ a dab of yellow). My favorite part of this project has nothing to do with "geometric," though: I love the branching patterns the sticky paint made, the ones that look like blood vessels. =grin=
