This street was plowed during the night but at least a foot of snow fell since the last plow truck came by. This homeowner did a magnificent job of shoveling his driveway but seemed to have forgotten to shovel his car. This covered bridge crosses the Swift River along side the Kancamagus highway in Albany, New Hampshire. It was contructed in 1858 to replace a bridge that had been built a year earlier but which had been destroyed in a windstorm. The U.S. Forest Service replaced the wooden floor timbers with steel in 1981-1982. AIMG_5060
