Collin Street Bakery Farm (Corsicana) is the largest organic golden pineapple farm in Costa Rica and is Fair Trade Certified. After the pineapples are picked, they are washed and sorted. A worker dressed in thick clothing to protect him from the sharp spines of the pineapple foliage walks in the field looking for ripened pineapples. Beyond the pineapple field is the papaya field.
