Collin Street Bakery Farm (Corsicana) is the largest organic golden pineapple farm in Costa Rica and is Fair Trade Certified. After the pineapples are picked, they are washed and sorted. This village near Ranthambore, India did not have running water. Women took their laundry to the field pump, filled their basin with water and did a wash using a bar of soap. This woman had her face covered for most of the time while she was washing her clothes, but uncovered it once the men who were not from the village left. AIMG_5742
