Ranthambore Fort in India was founded in 944. It passed through many rulers including the Mughal Emperor Akbar, who captured the fortress in 1559. The area surrounding the fortress became a hunting ground for the Maharajas of Jaipur and is now a National Park where wild tigers and sloth bears live. AIMG_5210
