The church of Saint-Martin-le-Seul in Bondaroy, near Pithiviers (Loiret, France), became the monastery of Saint-Gregoire of Armenia at the end of the 10th century following the exile of the archbishop of Nicopolis through Europe, who had been chased by Persian troops.
