On a somewhat grey afternoon at Southwold - a northwards view along the sea wall and beach towards Easton and Covehithe in the distance.

The sky, sea, beach and cliffs all converge at Pinhay Bay, Devon, just west of Lyme Regis. The cliffs are of Blue Lias (Lower Jurassic), renowned for their ammonites and saurian fossils.
