In the PIP you have the same guides, the same camels but three different expression... o the camels, not the guides!

We are coming back to the St. Catherin Monastery

From another angle, PIP the face is much more pronounced... We are very close to the Monastery... our 4x4 was waiting for us... to take us back to modern times.

I preferred walking, as the path was now "easy".

Our three guides and our three dromedaries

Look how they sit on the camels... Camels are not horses! PIP this is the way one should sit. The camels could not go up the last steps to the top of Mount Sinai, so we had to climb up and down by foot.

Ghila was better cushioned then Max and I

The camels found vegetations where we did not even see it. Max chose to walk... I wonder why our guides didn´t tell us how to sit, without getting hurt.

I also preferred walking

My dromedary is waiting patiently for me

in the PIP you can see that this is not the right way to ride a dromedary. After a while the behind hurts.. I still wonder why our guides didn´t tell us how to sit correctly..

It needs only a bit of earth to grow- Mount Sinai…
