Originally posted to GWL . I have nurdled out some words on that glass fanlight.

"In Giltspur Street is the old parish watch-house which was built in the eighteenth century to guard the graveyard against body-snatching racketeers who would steal corpses and sell them on to the doctors at St. Bartholomew's Hospital, just across the road."

Probably not too difficult to guess the church on the right - full name, please! But what's that structure in the distance that seems to be being built from the top down? Seen from the roof of Barts Hospital.
