This gent. Timothy Windle, is in court on charges of robbery and aggravated assault, which offenses are apparently alleged to have taken place in prison, where he was and is serving a 26-year term. He did not like being photographed. I took the picture while there to cover the arraignment of a young woman charged with setting fire to a house containing a former friend and her two children. Not all butterflies and pastoral scenes here.
