Okay, this is complicated but kind of cool. The Fuji 60mm macro lens is no good for infrared, because it has a ghastly hot spot. Ah, but if you get a cheap T-mount converter, a helical extension tube, a Leica-to-T-mount adapter, and a 50mm f2.8 El-Nikkor, you have an even closer macro lens with no hot spot. Then you get to discover that the normally coppery-colored wing covers of the Japanese beetle are transparent to infrared, so you can see the wings folded up beneath them. Science!
