While walking round Loch Druidibeag (South Uist) we spotted these deer returning from a wee island in the middle of the loch (where there must be good eating!) - fortunately i had my camera out so was able to capture this shot before they got out or spotted us.

Fidra is one of a group of islands just off the coast in the Firth of Forth (which includes the Bass Rock). These islands were formed due to volcanic action. The lighthouse was constructed in 1885.

Seacliff harbour, constructed in 1890, is believed to be the smallest harbour in the UK, measuring 12m across at its widest and 2m at its entrance.
Tantallon castle is visible in the distance.
The Bass Rock from Seacliff beach

Liked this view as not only does it capture a bit of sea angling with the waves crashing in below, but also it gives a great view of the Bass Rock.
Seacliff is just east of North Berwick, east Lothian.
PS look how far the spray/foam is getting from the cliff!
