The windows are not only filthy but rusting in their frames and staining the curtains. CalMac is apparently owned by a holding company, owned by the Scottish Government. Never mind the paying, travelling citizenry, what do tourists make of such a poor example of the care and attention paid to maintenance in Scotland's public transport?
