Von Mitte Oktobr bis Anfang November werden beim Spitzahorn die Blätter umgefärbt, bevor sie abgeworfen werden. Dann findet eine Farbenexplosion statt, die sehr schön anzuschauen ist. Diese kleine Bepflanzung mit Spitzahorn-Bäumen entdeckte ich am Stadtrand von Würzburg als sich der Nebel allmählich lichtete. Die im Moment goldgelben Blätter, die zum Teil noch in den Baumkronen hängen, zum anderen Teil auf dem Boden eine dicke Laubschicht bilden, laden buchstäblich zum Fotografieren ein. Schön ist es auch über die goldenen Blätter zu spazieren und dabei das schöne Rascheln zu genießen. Ein Blick in diese Ahorn-Pflanzung von der anderen Seite zeigt das PiP.
