Schön ist, dass ein Imker so seinen Bienenhonig bewirbt, denn die Aussage "ökologisch, regional, fair" stimmt. Nicht ganz richtig ist die Aussage: Schützt die (Honig)biene, denn die Honigbiene wird es solange geben, wie es Imker gibt. Und die Anzahl der Imker in Deutschland verzeichnet schon seit Jahren starke Zuwächse. Gemeint mit dem Schutz der Bienen sind eigentlich die Wildbienen, die in einer großen Artenvielfalt vorkommen und eine enorme Bedeutung für die Blütenstäubung haben und die tatsächlich gefährdet sind.
