Am Rand einer Wiese fand ich dieses prächtige Exemplar eines Segelfalters (Iphiclides podalirius) und eine Erdhummel (Bombus terrestris) friedlich an Distelblüten saugend. Es war ja auch genug Nektar da für beide und für alle. Der Segelfalter ist ein in Deutschland seltener Falter, der in der aktuellen Roten Liste Deutschland als "gefährdet" geführt wird. de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Segelfalter At the edge of a meadow I found this magnificent specimen of a scarce swallowtail (Iphiclides podalirius) and an buff-tailed bumblebee (Bombus terrestris) peacefully sucking on thistle flowers. There was enough nectar for both and for all. The scarce swallowtail is a rare butterfly in Germany and is listed as "endangered" in the current German Red List.
