These tiny moths are flying just about anywhere there are woods at the moment, they are both day and night flyers hence the strange little eyes I think. If you keep seeing tiny little moths flitting about the leaf litter, its likely these right now.

My other half's new favorite moth, you're likely to see a flood of them in my stream as he loves them all. They are a stunning little moth, shinning pure gold in the right light, with small blue or purple scales.
