BAS Field Meeting at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, where we were in search of some of the more rare spiders recorded. Very attractive beetle found by Graeme Lyons.

Loads of things going on in this but under that black bit, I think is a ladybird larva. Just not sure about any of the rest of it Update: Again thanks to Rockwolf for a good ID on the spikey guy at least...lol As for the rest of it ...who knows!
