Green-brindled Crescent Caterpillar Side

We found this guy by doing a bit of beating, where you tap branches of trees or shrubs into a net. He was on Apple (Malus), Crab Apple we believe. He was hard to ID from this photo, more photos to come of him plumbed up and easier to ID

Dark Fleabane Neb

Need to get this one verified but we're pretty sure of the ID. Nationally Scarce (Nb) and a bit late in the year so we'll see. Update: We have confirmed the ID, after finding more of these 'feeding' on Common Fleabane, turns out they were laying eggs not feeding, they are infact 'Dark Fleabane Neb Apodia bifractella ' Quite common but very secretive, usually only active in the evenings and don't come to light usually. So all in all a good record.

I've looked and looked at my limited micro resources and this just doesn't seem right for anything, any suggestions or help appreciated. Update: Have heard back from Colin Pratt with ID.

Propably too worn to get an id, but the family I suspected this guy to be in, that red coloration just doesn't fit. Any help appreciated. Update: Possibly Ruddy Streak Tachystola acroxantha very worn.
