Ok I love frogs, these are not frogs I know, but how cute is this. There were at least 30 little toads all waiting to find love. In case you want to know: Most of the toads were a green with darker spots variety of colors, however these two are both very different. Toads tend to become colors that best match their habitat, and so I can't help wonder were these two have been. They travel great land distances to come back to where they were tadpoles to breed and lay eggs. Toads are normally a land amphibian, and spend much of their lives far away from water.

I had been checking this site, for baby toads and finally given up, it seems they have finally decided in the last few weeks of nice temps to hatch out.

Saw loads of these wandering around Brede High Wood.
