I think due to the seperation between the abdomen this is a wasp... I'll have to do more looking lol.

Prolly as close as I would want to get to this wasp, although unless they are threatened they are usually not very aggressive. I don't plan on testing that, its just what I read..lol

Saw several of these out, but most very large.
