Karen and her first grandchild, Emily. Karen and I were in grade 1 at primary school together, then for 4 years at high school together, then reconnected 25 years later. She is my dearest friend and the one who has known me the longest, despite the gap.

Karen (mother of the bride) bought 200 tea cups from op shops. Trevor drilled holes in the base of all the cups. Karen planted succulents, herbs, and flowers in all the cups, and we all got one to take home. It was a symbol of Phoebe's love of tea, which she shares with Karen and me!

Phoebe is wearing the same dress that her maternal grandmother Rosemary wore for her wedding. It's still such a magnificent dress.
