2013: knitted with Bendigo Woollen Mils Murano 100% wool, feltable, on 6mm and 5mm needles. Pre washing they are huge compared to one of my usual socks

after machine washing the socks are thick and warm, but just a wee bit too small for me. Next time... size 8mm needles
