The only photo of my birthday soiree. Just me and Ad, Théo, Trish, Thierry, and - for a little while - Eros and Pauline too. This was towards the end, when Trish and I were pretty plastered (as if that isn't obvious).

There is so much of the mix leftover that Théo makes a small one as well.

Thierry is recruited as the tiramisu-making-assistant.

Théo makes us a special tiramisu, with the help of detailed instructions from his mother. It has chestnut creme, chopped glace chestnuts, and grappa (because we have no chestnut liqueur).
