Our WWOOFer / friend William baked dozens of palmier pastries for the "Ride For Sight" cyclists, for their break stop at Tarra Bulga National Park. They were such a hit that the hundreds of sandwiches were largely ignored. William and Jennifer both left before dawn with Noëlle (Toora Lions Club president) to make sandwiches and set up at Tarra Bulga in time for the riders. All volunteer work. What lovely people!
