A new water tank in an old water tank!

Our Estonian HelpXers Katrin & Ralf chocked all of the dead roots around the new water tank (for stabilisation) and the chickens then moved in to scratch about and remove any pesky worms.

... et voilà! The new tank is in place. Looks pretty small here. 'Tis not. 'Tis huge.

After some slipping and struggling, the Landmark blokes suggested we get some planks to help slide it into position.

Parts of the easement are narrower than others. Here is was a matter of dodging the star pickets on one side and the overhanging branches on the other. In the end, Ad cut several big branches to make more room to roll.

Like enormous dung beetles, Ad and Théo help the Landmark blokes to roll the tank up the easement.

The Foster Landmark blokes unload the tank at the end of our driveway. We opened up the easement by cutting the wires and removing (with brute force!) the posts.
