As fabulous as it looks.

William baked a big batch of choux pastry and made a litre of crème pâtissière to boot. He divided up the crème into three parts and made one part chocolate, one part Cointreau, and one vanilla. Then he made these choux swans. Aaaaaah!

On the down side, I suspect William of boiling up my underpants when I am not looking; the elastic is getting tighter every week. I don't know why he is doing this, but there is no other explanation.
