As the night wore on, people got increasingly blurry. It's not possible that it's due to drunkenness on the part of the photographer (as the camera is fully automatic) so I blame the people being photographed for THEIR drunkenness, and hence blurriness. From L to R: Bernie, Belinda Buckland, Vee Vierens, Chloe Fulkerson, Dougie McKnight.

Audrey collapsed in a sugar induced coma onto the lap of her godmother Auntie Helen who had flown all the way from Auckland that day for this very purpose. Chloe approves of this method of collapse.
Every year our wonderful neighbours - Geoff & Glenys Thompson, and their family - host a party for the residents of our end of Falls Road. It's a great way to meet your old and new neighbours, keep relations good, and to talk about common interests both important and silly.

Bill catches up with some old neighbours (old as in not-living-here-anymore, not old as in ancient).

The dinner buffet is open and there is much rejoicing. It is always a fabulous spread, but people eat with restraint because... it will be followed shortly afterwards by the DESSERT BUFFET!

Towards the end of the evening we were all surprised when passing UFOs set off this amazing light display... right above our party! What are the chances?!

Robin asks new residents Trish and Iain not to do what Sandy does and call the CFA in a panic every time they have a bonfire. Note that Trish is wearing a tiara: it's that time of evening.
