After a big plate full of poutine, I was about to go for seconds when I heard Dolly Parton's voice in my head singing (to the time of Jolene): "Poutine, poutine, poutine, poutiiiiiine! Please don't eat more just because you caaan!" But I did anyway because it was so good. No regrets.

We stood on the jetty at San Remo and watched a seemingly endless trail of puffer fish go by. The ones we have are the Smooth Toadfish (Tetractenos glaber)
