Actually the last section before Lago Posadas is the Ruta 39, but otherwise the village is also called the southern end of Ruta 41. Whatever, I finish the stream about the wonderful Ruta 41 at this place, some final pics of Lago Posadas will follow.

The image is not distorted, the trees are growing slanted because of the strong winds. The Estancia Sol de Mayo is situated at Ruta 41 in the valley of Rio Ghio, in the province of Santa Cruz, Argentina.

north of Lago General Carrera lies the village Puerto Ingeniero Ibanez. many poplars are protecting against the strong winds. on the right hand side is the mouth of Rio Ibanez, which makes the lake silting up .....
