The Highline179 is a Tibet-style footbridge with a length of 1,318.9 ft, connecting the Ehrenberg Caste with the Fort Claudia (near Reutte, Tyrol, Austria). The rope bridge spans the Castle World Ehrenberg and the mountain pass B179 , which leads from Füssen (Germany) to Imst (Austria), in an altitude of approx. 374 feet. It's the Worlds longest rope bridge of this kind. ~~~~~ Die Highline179 ist eine 402 Meter lange Fußgänger-Hängebrücke, welche die Ruine Ehrenberg mit dem Fort Claudia (beides südlich von Reutte in Tirol, Österreich) verbindet. Die Seilbrücke überspannt die Burgenwelt Ehrenberg und das Tal, in dem die namensgebende Fernpassstraße B 179 von Füssen (Deutschland) nach Imst (Österreich) verläuft, in rund 114 Metern Höhe. Sie ist die längste Hängebrücke der Welt in dieser Bauart.
