This fountain is a gift from the former U.S. Ambassador to Norway, Charles Ulrick Bay . The sculpture on the fountain depicts the ambassador's mother and her children. Bay's mother, Marie Hauan Bay, originally came from Hammerfest. ~~~~~ Dieser Brunnen ist ein Geschenk des früheren U.S.-Botschafters in Norwegen, Charles Ulrick Bay . Die Skulptur auf dem Brunnen stellt die Mutter des Botschafters und ihre Kinder dar.
