A Vintage Photos Theme Park photo for the theme of booze and music . "Hamburg-St. Pauli. Zillertal bleibt Zillertal." ("Zillertal remains the Zillertal.") Partially visible on the wall in the background: "Schaug das'd in Schwung kimmst!" (According to one source, this translates as "I see you come to life" in the Bavarian dialect). This is a souvenir real photo postcard from the Zillertal, a Bavarian-style beer hall that was located in the notorious Reeperbahn area in the St. Pauli district of Hamburg , Germany. The man wearing a suit and holding a baton is a tourist pretending to be the conductor of the house band, whose lederhosen-clad members are surrounding him. Other souvenir photos typically show the band with groups of tourists holding mugs of beer. "Friendly Tavern, Route 11-15, north of Harrisburg, Pa." The Friendly Tavern was located in Perry County , Pennsylvania, along a stretch of highway where U.S. Route 11 combines with U.S. Route 15 . The building that housed the taven is now part of an establishment called TJ's (see the Google Maps Street View from 2015).

On main highway to Yellowstone Park. U.S. No. 10, No. 52, No. 281. OC-H373." Postmarks: Mandan, N.Dak., Aug. 10, 1951, and Lake Sheridan, Pa., Aug. 13, 1951. Handwritten message: "Thurs. noon. Dear Mom, Having lunch in this cafe. Very nice. Left Alexandria about 6:30 this A.M. You can really make time going thru here. No traffic--good strait roads. Flat as a dye. Love, Della."

Hunt's Cafe is located in the town of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, not far from the Gettysburg National Military Park . It looks like the potatoes there--dressed in Union blue and Confederate gray uniforms--are getting ready to reenact the Battle of Gettysburg.
