Photo taken at Alto Mira Viewpoint, in central Santo Antão Island, Cape Verde. Those animals were available for hire. The black Toyota pickup was our means of transport both in this tour and in the previous day, with a nice guide and driver team.

Donkeys and cows often graze on the roadsides and cross the roads in the worst sections, as seen above. The image was taken from Jvari (a place with a cross), by the road E-117, in northern Georgia.
