My wife preferred the octopus but I couldn't resist to have rock lobster - actually 2 of them, for 18 €. I took almost one hour to eat them. Very tasty and well cooked. At Restaurant Felicidade, Amílcar Cabral Avenue, Porto Novo, Santo Antão Island, Cape Verde.
