As part of the walls of Sighnaghi, a strategic fortified city of Cashetia (eastern Georgia). Several of these towers stand along the walls, allowing a view over the plain, where in the past invaders would have to pass. This tower stands at Keteran Tsamebuli Street.

And a view to the plain and the mountains where the border with Dagestan (Russia) is situated.
