Canafornian's photos with the keyword: de nobele

De Nobele #34 Notation: The image appears to have been taken from the north west corner of the bridge, looking across the Assiniboine River, with St. Mary's Academy just visible on the far side. This same image seems to have been used by the Montreal Postcard Co. (My collection number WP2070)

This is the reverse of WP1973 by L.J. De Nobele. It was apparently used as an advertising card by a company in Belgium where, it is believed, De Nobele had his cards printed. This one could be mailed out to customers - as the address side is blank. I have another De Noble card where the entire back was imprinted with some sort of advertising for the "Sabot D'Or" store in Belgium. It may have been used as a handbill since it could not be addressed/posted.
