PHOTOGRAPH Approx. 20 x 25 cm Date: 1899 (from handwritten caption) Publisher / Photographer: Unidentified, but was in a collection of photos by Mitchell, Winnipeg (most likely J. F. Mitchell). Notation: Due to the large size of the original image, I haven't been able to make my own scan yet. This image has the watermark of the Seller that I purchased it from. Located at 10 Kennedy Street, construction was begun in 1882 and completed in 1883. It is one of three Government Houses in Canada that remain in continual use since they were originally built. (the other two are in P.E.I. and Newfoundland.)
