POSTCARD Date: Not evident. Not Posted. Publisher / Photographer: Unidentified Notation: This picturesque photo image is of the Olmypia Gold Mine on Helldiver Bay, Shoal Lake, Ontario. The site is near the cabin where we spend our summers and I have visited it many times. Virtually all of the buildings are long gone, the forests have reclaimed the open spaces, and, apart from several open shafts, there is little evidence that anything of any significance ever took place there.
