These appear to be young women (students?) flanked by a few older women (teachers?). The larger banner reads; "Meals at All Hours". The one further back reads; "Come Ye Back Soon". The furthest one back appears to read; "Killarney's Glad to You". There is a "Laundry" sign on the building in the right foreground.
