I don't know the date this was taken, although it was taken on an older camera I no longer own. I like the way the backlight silhoutted the trees. It must have been taken in the spring or fall.

The Avonlea Badlands are relatively small compared to the Big Muddy Badlands further south from Regina, but they are on ly an hour drive away, and close to the highway.
