I was intent on taking a photo of farm buildings when I saw a vehicle coming, so I moved into the ditch. Dust is hard on lenses and cameras, but I decided to take a shot of the approaching vehicle and then m move further into the field.

I suspect two sloughs were once one, before the road builders followed through on the directions to finish the road. Get 'er done!

Most back road intersections feature 90 degree lines, but this one in the Foxleigh district required a nice S-curve around the slough. I wonder how many half-tons have ended up in the water?
