I had been taking photos of a Ukrainian Orthodox church when I noticed in the opposite direction that a storm seemed to be brewing. I hunkered down on the trail to capture the land and the sky. This image was taken in mid-September, after the harvest was completed.

From a high point of land in the rolling parkland country near Wakaw, Saskatchewan, I watched a half-ton truck coming up the road toward my vantage point. The cloud of dust made it easy to follow the truck's progress.

One of seven spires atop an Orthodox church in a rural area near Wakaw, SK. I think the church is Ukrainian Orthodox, but I'm not sure.
