In 2015 and 16 Saskatchewan's Legislative Building was repaired and refurbished. The last major work was to repair the dome, including installing new copper sheathing. Once the scaffolding was removed I made several early morning trips to take photos of the dome, because the copper would soon begin to oxidize and turn a darker greenish shade. I made this image in November 2016.

I had taken several photos of the dome from the southeast corner of Saskatchewan's Legislative Building when the sun rose above cloud along the horizon.
