A cabin occupied by one of the original ranchers who settled in southwest Saskatchewan, in what is now Grasslands National Park. It was located a good distance from the nearest road. I use "was", because a few years after I took this a prairie fire consumed it.

It was a rainy day during an unusually rainy month, but it stopped long enough to take some photos on a rancher's shelter along the southern edge of the Cypress Hills in Saskatchewan.
